A cow can produce anywhere from 25 to 50 litres (about 6.6 to 13.2 gallons) of milk daily. It’s worth noting that cows usually only produce this much milk when they are being milked by a machine twice a day; when they are only milked once a day, their production is typically about 15 to 20 litres (about 3.9 to 5.2 gallons) per day.
