To make avocado oil, start by putting avocados, olive oil, and lemon juice into a blender. Blend the ingredients until they’re smooth, then pour the mixture into a jar or bottle. Next, sterilise the jar or bottle in a pan of boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Finally, allow the oil to cool before screwing on the lid and storing it in a cool, dark place. Avocado oil will last for 3-4 months when stored properly.
